Melissa Kessler has been married to the love of her life for 19 years, is the mother of two teenage boys, wellness entrepreneur, and homemaker who has spent nearly fifteen years in holistic wellness, with prior years of experience in project management, home design and most recently full-time ministry leadership.
Melissa's understanding of wellness didn't come from her studies alone. She has lived with Type 1 diabetes since she was two and a half, was later diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, has walked through burnout as a high-performing entrepreneur, and is now navigating perimenopause. Every season has taught her something her body wouldn't let her ignore.
After years of working on herself and walking alongside hundreds of other women, Melissa arrived at a conviction that now shapes everything she does: real wellness isn't possible without making room for the Holy Spirit — in us, and in the homes we're meant to steward.
Today, Melissa will be leading us through a workshop called Make Room.
